Shipping Policy
Our orders are shipped internationally and can be shipped to all countries worldwide. We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have any questions regarding shipping and delivery, don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service.
1. Can I add or delete my order if I change my mind?
Of course, you can, but you need to email us the order number BEFORE shipment. If your order has not been shipped, we will change it, otherwise we can’t.
2. What do I do if I want to cancel my order?

If the orders has been shipped, then we CAN NOT cancel it.
3. When do you ship my order?
We will ship your order within 1~2 days on working days. The shipping time mentioned above will be postponed to next the Monday due to weekends.
4. How can I trace my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking information. You can also contact ussales@realyouearthing.com or paul.newmeil@gmail.com) 2 days after your order ships to get a tracking number.
5. How long does it take to get my order?
We will ship by reliable shipping logistics such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx. The shipping method depends on the shipping speed you select: Expedited shipping usually takes 7~10 days to receive and Standard shipping takes 15~20 days to receive. Please contact us if the order does not arrive within estimated time. (Shipping may be delayed due to force majeure.)
6. I haven't received my items over for long time, what happened?
