Our environment is surrounded by electrical magnetic fields(EMF) daily with cell phones computers, laptops, TV, etc. Earthing or Grounding can reduce EMF pollution obviously from surrounding electrical appliances.
Grounding test
Earthing sheets can make your body connect to the ground. The body’s access to the Earth’s negative surface charge (electrons). This contact with the Earth naturally prevents the buildup of static electric charge on the body and allows the body to store a supply of electrons. It can balance your body positively and negatively.
