Just plug the snap-on cord into the ground socket of a wall electrical outlet. This will allow the slight negative electrical charge from the earth to flow through the cord and onto the conductive leather surface of the earthing mat so that you can enjoy the benefits of grounding and earthing!
Cleaning Instructions of Grounding Sleeping Mat:
- Wipe down the outside of your product using a damp cloth mixed with a small amount of mild household soap.
- Use a clean, damp cloth to thoroughly wipe away the soap. (This prevents buildup which blocks conductivity.)
- Let grounding sleeping mat air dry.
Important: Never use a cleaning agent containing bleach, disinfectants, oils, or whitening agents as they can ruin the conductivity of your earthing product. Never put your product in the washing machine or dryer.

This is convenient to use & really has made improvements in my health.
My sister told me about this. I don’t sleep well I average 3 - 4 hours a night unless I take something then it’s 6 hours. I also have inflammation, and hip pain.

Just understanding the concept of grounding your body I wanted to try it because I had back pain well it worked now I just concentrate on keeping the muscle stretch great product
This is light weight and comfortable to sleep on. The elastic straps on the corners hold the mat securely. The first night I slept on it for 7 hours without waking up. I usually wake up about every 2 hours. I’ve been sleeping on it for about a week now and my morning stiffness has disappeared. My arthritis in my hands is diminishing also.
Been a couple days. Can hardly feel under the sheet. Easy install came with all hardware. Sleep has bee deeper. Feel more rested. See how the pain management is after a while.
